Seven Hills Massage Therapy specializes in integrated and relaxation massage, along with training and experience providing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and stretching.


Relaxation Massage
A classic massage that focuses on full body relaxation with your choice of light to moderate pressure to ease stress and help you enter a calm state of relaxation.

A targeted massage that combines techniques and pressure levels to relieve tension, assist with pain management, and promote full-body balance and relief.

Hi, I’m Abby, the owner of Seven Hills Massage Therapy and a licensed massage therapist (LMT).
